Collier was born on April 19, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois.[1]

Career

Collier played for the Green Bay Packers during the 1987 NFL season. He played at the collegiate level at Bethune-Cookman University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.[2]
